Week 17 - Goblin King: Labyrinth Quilt and Stitch Along

"Well, the only way out of here is to try one of these doors!"
"One of them leads to the castle at the end of the labyrinth, and the other one leads to.."
"Ba-baba-BOOM!"
"Certain DEATH!"

As you can see, this week's character as we travel ever closer to the end of the labyrinth to the is the enigmatic Four Guards.

Like the Wiseman and his hat from week 5, this week's characters are never apart so I guess they can be considered as a single character. As four creatures though, they do make for an interesting (and possibly slightly more complex) pattern for the week.

As usual you have two options - a paper pieced pattern by Kylie Pecarina or an embroidered version by Jennifer Ofenstein.

Both versions are sized to fit a 6 inch finished block (6.5 inches with seam allowance), but as always if you are hand embroidering be sure to cut yourself a more generous piece of background fabric for ease of hooping and trim it down to 6.5 inches when you're done.

Here are my offerings for the week.
